In a landscape where treatment pathways were unclear and clinician confidence low, we brought leading experts together through live and virtual meetings to establish clear, evidence-based consensus in underexplored areas of oncology. The consensus was published in a high-impact journal within a year and widely recognised across the clinical community.

To introduce a first-in-class oral therapy for moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis, we developed a differentiated value story and executed a targeted, multi-channel campaign that combined digital and in-person engagement. Customer segmentation based on prescribing power ensured precise messaging that positioned the product as a breakthrough option for patients and physicians.
